Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our healthcare services, booking process, and policies.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment easily through our website by filling out the booking form, calling us at (903) 965-5220, or using our patient portal app. Same-day appointments are often available for urgent needs. You'll receive confirmation via email and SMS reminder before your visit.

Do you accept insurance plans?

Yes! We accept most major insurance providers including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Humana, and many more. We also offer self-pay options and flexible payment plans for uninsured patients. Contact our billing department to verify your specific coverage.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance card(s), list of current medications with dosages, any relevant medical records or test results, and a list of questions you'd like to discuss. If this is for a child, please also bring immunization records and growth charts if available.

How does online doctor consultation work?

Our telehealth platform allows secure video visits with licensed physicians from any device. Simply book an online appointment, receive a secure link via email, click to join at your scheduled time, and consult with your doctor face-to-face virtually. Prescriptions can be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Are your doctors board-certified?

Absolutely! All physicians at Total Wellbeing Hubs Care hold valid medical licenses and maintain board certification in their respective specialties. Our team includes internists, endocrinologists, registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, and other qualified healthcare professionals committed to continuing education.

What is your cancellation policy?

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your slot to another patient in need. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. However, we understand emergencies happen and handle each situation with compassion.

Can I see lab results online?

Yes! Through our secure patient portal, you can view lab results, imaging reports, prescriptions, appointment history, and communicate with your care team. Most results are available within 24-48 hours after testing. You'll receive notifications when new results are posted.

Do you offer emergency services?

For true medical emergencies, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room immediately. However, we do offer same-day urgent care appointments for non-life-threatening issues like infections, minor injuries, flu symptoms, and sudden illness. Our 24/7 nurse hotline can also provide guidance during off-hours.
